El otro día, tuve un día de esos que salen así o asá. Pero como no aguanto mucho tiempo cabreado ya que me desgasta tremendamente (llamame inconsciente, nunca superficial) me hizo sonreir una gran verdad segundos antes de que acabara el día: 

que siempre hay cosas peor que levantarse. Por ejemplo, no levantarse.

Y descubrí que

lo que lo único que vuelvo a hacer siempre, pero siempre siempre… es respirar, todo lo demás viene solo.

Parece que nunca nos damos cuenta, y tengo que repetirmelo, y reeler lo que escribí al principio del todo, y repasarlo otra vez para al final ver que volver es meter la pata y por ende volver a aprender cosas.
